General overview

NarEur, coordinated by professor Vincent Della Sala, focuses on the ways in which the European Union has been narrated by political actors. Centred on the narratives, both written and visual, that have provided cognitive and normative maps for European citizens, the main activities are political science courses, seminars and conferences. These events aim at bringing together students and experts from a wide range of disciplines such as literary studies, anthropology, history and sociology.
