The Handbook is based on the teaching materials provided to the students facilitating students’ learning activities. It will also be useful for researchers and scholars, as the structure is thought to provide a general overview of the existing theories and methods on internationalization and multiculturalism; negotiation and innovation; internationalization, improvisational theatre and soft skills, and change management.
